Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Evergreen Veterans mobile application and related services (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility & Membership
- The App is for current and prospective members of Evergreen Veterans and authorized club staff.
- New registrations require email verification and approval by a club administrator before full access is granted.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your contact details up to date.
Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account credentials.
- You must notify us promptly at evergreenveterans@einlogica.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
- Share another member’s private information outside the App without consent.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with App operation.
- Upload false, misleading, or offensive content in your profile.
Member Directory & Content
Information you add to your profile may be visible to other approved members as part of the club directory and related features. You grant the Club a limited license to display this information within the App for membership purposes.
Notifications
The App may send push notifications and emails about club activities. You can disable push notifications in your device settings; some service-related emails may still be sent for account security.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” for club communication and administration. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. To delete your data, see our Data Deletion page.
