- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and sign-in credentials (hashed PIN).
- Profile information: house number, date of birth, blood group, emergency contacts, profile photo, and family/spouse details you choose to provide.
- Device information: push notification tokens (FCM) to deliver club announcements and reminders.
- Usage data: basic logs needed to operate the service (e.g. login timestamps, API errors).
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your membership account and family profile.
- To verify your identity via email OTP and PIN authentication.
- To share member directory information with approved club members and administrators as intended by the App.
- To send push notifications about events, announcements, and celebrations (you can disable notifications in device settings).
- To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be visible to other approved members according to the App’s features (e.g. member directory). Club administrators may access member records to manage membership. We may use trusted service providers (hosting, email, push notifications) who process data only on our instructions.
Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active and as needed for club operations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data — see our Data Deletion page.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your data within reasonable technical limits.
Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for adult club members. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
